Bristol Pride

Bristol Pride 2024 is set to be an incredible celebration running from June 29 to July 14, with Pride Day itself on Saturday, July 13. This event not only highlights the vibrant LGBT+ community in Bristol but also aims to overcome prejudice and reduce isolation by showing that no one is alone.

Parade March

The Parade March on July 13 is a key highlight, showcasing Bristol's diversity and pride. This walking parade, free from vehicles and floats, promotes health and safety and supports reduced city centre emissions. The parade gathers at 10:00 AM at the Bandstand end of Castle Park, departing around 10:45 AM, and follows a 2-mile route ending at the Amphitheater. The march is expected to take about an hour, and participants can take free shuttle buses or First Buses from College Green or The Cenotaph stops to The Downs, provided they have a Supporter Wristband. Please bring a refillable water bottle, as water is not provided on the route.

Main Stage Performers

The Main Festival at The Downs will feature an exciting lineup with The Human League headlining. Other performers include electronica duo Ladytron, Claire Richards from STEPS, and indie-pop sensation Georgia. A full lineup can be found on the Bristol Pride official website.

The Official Afterparty

  • Date: July 13, 2024
  • Time: 10:00 PM
  • Location: O2 Academy Bristol
  • Description: The afterparty features three rooms with local and international DJs, including Confidence Man DJs with DTYM, 90s & 00s party One More Time, and Aether with Jersey The Devil and Macha Zu.
